Only DECHANT products designed and manufactured by DMA are eligible for the extended 3-year warranty. To protect our customers and maintain our quality standards, only authorized dealers, who are trained to provide service and support throughout your purchase journey, can offer the authentic DMA experience and guarantees. We caution that unauthorized retailers may not provide these assurances and benefits.

Standard Warranty

1-Year Warranty

All pianos purchased from Dechant Music Academy come with a 1-year standard warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

Extended Warranty: 3 Years of Comprehensive Coverage

3 Years Warranty

Want more protection? Register your piano within 30 days of purchase to upgrade to a 3-year extended warranty, absolutely free.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

1.  The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2.  Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to claim warranty service.
3.  Warranty registration for the extended 3-year coverage must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
4.  The warranty is void if the piano has been misused, improperly maintained, or serviced by unauthorized technicians.

To ensure your piano remains in excellent condition throughout its lifetime:
